@p3nnycraft9 жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure that Dan doesn't have any number of new intros, since the reason he stopped using "Hello, Procrastinators" was it was too constraining. Just changing what he says in the intro is not the same as having a non-scripted intro. Although I agree that in the sample size of 18 videos, he has used those ones multiple times.

As an actual programmer, thank god he solved that last one otherwise it was going to bug the shit out of me.
@Kaiimei6 жыл бұрын
An easy way to solve the last one is to take the 8x, save it to 0, then add the 8, and put the 16 on space 1, then add the 16, then add the 8, and you have 40. So if it was a 1, you'd go 1+1=2, 2+2=4, 4+4=8, 8+8=16, 16+16=32, 32+8=40. Then outbox the 40 and win.

coming from someone who is trying to learn programming at the moment, this game is incredibly helpful for teaching the basic logic of programming to newcomers, and helps you learn programming languages. seriously, if you're just starting to learn programming, play this game!
@TF2CrunchyFrog9 жыл бұрын
+leon2550 If you are looking for a game that simulates complex programming command chains visually, try SpaceChem. It's on Steam. Much better and more interesting than this game, not to mention SpaceChem starts of easy but quickly becomes quite complex and complicated, but the good thing is there is no single correct solution to arrive at the goal, you can build your command chains as complicated or as sleek and efficient as you want.
@bbruinenberg9 жыл бұрын
+TF2CrunchyFrog You pretty much described this game. The part dan has shown in this video is the very early part of the game. The part where you get introduced to the basic functions that you'll use in most puzzles. It will become many many times more difficult than what is shown in this video. There are also multiple solutions for every puzzle as long as you get the correct end result. And yes, this for many puzzles includes multiple solutions to achieve or even beat the bonus goals.
