The worst part is that this would be really easy to make actually fun - Add progression (maybe you unlock new attacks or map parts after completing certain missions or something) - Add consequences (animal control / the farmer that owns you is trying to catch you) - Better scoring system that is less random You can even leave the intentionally janky physics in, these fixes will at least make it somewhat playable for more than fifteen minutes before boredom

I will say that the multiplayer mode, the capture the flag thing it has, is interesting. I like the idea of knockback heavy melee-ish combat combined with a pointA to pointB objective. I like the idea of hindering the opponent by knocking the backwards rather than hindering them by killing them, making them wait for respawn, and then respawning at the spawn point. It keeps everything more active and dynamic. With a bit (and by a bit, I of course mean a LOT) of refinement, the multiplayer mode could be something worth buying.

The problem with this game is that, as Dan said, the premise is "Glitches are funny", but there are no identifiable glitches in the game. A glitch is an *unintentional* flaw in a game's programming causing *unexpected and unwanted* results. But in this game all of the "funny glitches" are purposefully coded mechanics to cause the "funny glitches". And if there are any actual glitches they aren't funny because they just blend with the "funny glitches".

I also realize that this game was bad, but very slowly. I liked this game because other youtubers made it funny, I wanted to buy it, but the more they made goat sim the more it lost it's charm. You know, I totally agree. My friend told me about this game and so I looked at it. I though, "hmm, it's cheap." and so I bought it. That was about half a year ago, and I have about 15 minutes on record. It's the kind of game I would like, but it's a bit dull... I might play it again though someday.

The thing with goat simulator always was that when we were all kids it looked hilarious to watch because most of us i imagine couldn’t play it because it was on pc. Then nearly 10 years later it was released on console. We played it for nostalgia and realised there is literally fuck all to do lol

I actually had some young friends who wanted me to play Goat Simulator but I refused because the gameplay footage I saw before looked like absolute sh%t. And after watching this, I feel like I made a pretty wise decision. "Oh look a glitchy sandbox game that you play as a goat in a soulless lifeless small hubword." Yeah. Thanks but no thanks.
