nerdnic | nnDLG testing

Hey guys! My DLG design is still in beta but here is a quick clip of me testing it. I'm really excited about this low cost, high performance foam board DLG.

Hi nerdnic I have built and tested this glider and made some mods. I used a gift card cut to size with a slot cut in the middle then put it in the wing tip, then did the same thing on the bottom of the wing, using a popsicle stick cut to size for the throwing peg this made the wing tip and peg really strong. I used a pull-pull system with fishing string for the elevator to keep it light and that worked good. Some things I would change It seemed to really lose altitude when you banked it might add more dihedral or a rudder would really be helpful in those turns. That's all I've had a lot of fun with this model, one question will you be at FliteFest TX? Or planning to be

Hi Miller! The nose doesn’t hold up to many hard landings, but otherwise it performs well as is. Let me know what you do with it!
