@kevgaming5692 home births? Yea, you can do that. Strangely enough, I watched a documentary on it with a friend who has to watch it for some uni class. Basically, the pros are is, it's more natural, it's less stressful, and you don't need to deal with hospital bs. Clearly, you still want a midwife there to help deliver the baby. But the doc kind showed me things that I thought were normal are actually big issues. Like giving birth on your back makes it way harder on the mother and hospitals have it that way because it's easier for the doctor... now it's not a catch all. If you know you're going to have a birth complication, you should go to a hospital still (babies with fat heads/women with small birthing canals) but from my new understanding now, most of the world does it this way, and here in America at least we don't and if the stats are to believe we also have the highest mother mortality rate because of it. Strangely interesting topic
