Nothing bro. It just signifies that when power triangle is drawn, the reactive power will point along +ve y-axis denoting +ve reactive power(hence inductive circuit so, pf will be lagging)

IF REACTIVE POWER Q IS POSITIVE THEN THE POWER FACTOR WILL BE LAGGING AS THE CIRCUIT BECOMES INDUCTIVE IN NATURE.
