It is ok also for model Essenza XN2140. The pcb layout is different while the problem was the .22uF capacitor . I measured it the capacitance was decreased to .10 uF. You saved my coffee machine. Thanks!

La tua si accendeva? La mia proprio non dà segni di vita. La ho smontata e alla scheda arriva tensione ma non si accende nulla Nel tuo caso cosa aveva?

Thanks for your video. I had the same problem with my 25 years old Krups 897 Nespresso machine. I replaced two condensers on the main board and it solved the problem. I had to use a dremel to dismantle the old ones, because the print was cast in some sort of resin.

Thank you, now i know how to open it to repair the button that’s not working anymore sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t when i push it) I have to push it differend time to set a cup of coffee. Booth buttons don’t work properly anymore. I Don’t know if i have to replace the button for a new one on booth sides or if i can repair it after opening up and see why i cannot push it enough to let it work again. I have the krups XN 2105

Amigão to com problema no botão liga e desliga, ele encosta na plaquinha mas não estabelece contato, então fiz uma ligação direta nos dois pontos que o fio tá soldado e deu certo, tem uma solução para este problema do botão?

Hey man, great video. I have the same board, but on the back there's a blown part, and it crumbled to pieces when I desolderd it. Can't find any schematics online, so any help from anyone would be awesome. The part is a small chip with 3 legs on one side and 1 on the other, and the middle one traces back to the other side with one leg, and is soldered to the same spot.

Hi. I have the same model, but it doesn't switch on. There is no green light blinking at all. I had check the fuse and is ok. that means is internal issue. Can you advise which portion to check. Many thanks.

hi, the last week, my had the same probrem, try to open it( the oposite side that i open in the video) take the red button and clean the electric board behind it. i did it and it worked !!

I too had a Krups Essenza XN2120 which was completely dead: no green lights blinking, nothing. I managed to open it and to troubleshoot it, it turned out that one of the two thermal cutoff fuses was burnt. These are located on the underside of what I think is the water heater (a rather large, metallic, cyclindrically-shaped component). The fuses are a safety precaution and are set to break the circuit if a certain temperature is reached (167 degrees celsius in my case). Changing the fuse worked for me.
