i have the same problem with mine so this video will help me a lot. I also need to replace the blue tube for the water as mine had a small hole in it. but that seems easy enough to fix.

Mine is infested with fruit fly larvae from the old coffee, any idea how to separate the base from the black housing. Worried they're behind that area where you clean away that coffee with a brush.

Any idea how to replace the blue inlet tube? I’m really struggling getting it in and don’t know how to take the whole casing off completely to do it

The brew chamber nozzle is so inaccessible it's basically a crime. That is where all the build up occurs and the reason for so many service calls. I should be able to pop it off and clean it easily.

Если актуально - делайте всё СТРОГО и ТОЧНО по инструкции! Машинка контролирует состояние через положение Насадки для Очистки, которая в нише за бачком с водой и (похоже) по объему прогоняемой воды в каждом режиме, поэтому упростить/обмануть ее сложно и проще тупо сделать всё как прописано. Не забудьте поставить Насадку на место (за бачок)!

Take a toothbrush and clean the sides where the capsule slides.

Hello, I would like to know if you ever solved an issue with the same model that you just done now. The expresso buttons work fine but when you press for a maciato drink, it starts flashing like is heating up then all the lights start blinking for 3 times and off in a cycle till it switches off. Clean all the frother parts already. Thank you.

It detects that you don't have milk in the Frotter compartiment. Put a tissue between the Frotter and the black sensor behind the milk compartiment.

I've got the same issue with milk container and buttons flash amd nothing happens. My question is, does sensor supose to light up in red if it's working cos mine has no light whatsoever. Any help would be much appreciated
