And finally, effect the simultaneous establishment of a peaceful integration between the Palestinian and Israeli populations of Judea and Sumaria as a semi-autonomous self-governing province of Israel similar to the United States' political and economic relationship with the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Do I think those initiatives can all be achieved? Frankly no, not without the political assent and economic cooperation of Israel's Arab and Persian neighbors. The chances of that happening right now are just about nil, at least for the foreseeable future, due to Iran's continuous radical theocratic belligerence towards Israel. Additionally, the concept of a "two state solution" was killed, dead and buried, on October 7th, never to see the light of day again. That is to say "never" meaning as long as, and until a vast majority of Israeli citizens remain 100% convinced that every self-identified "Palestinian" living in or outside of the Middle East has not sincerely abandoned from their hearts the radical political concept of "the right of return", by violence or any other means necessary. Kumbayah won't cut it. It can only be done with the political consensus of Israelis, a lot of very dedicated commitment, a ton of national patience, a heap of trust in the Creator, and an indefatigable perseverance. I needn't remind you that one year ago, tens of thousands of leftwing Israelis were clogging the streets, passionately protesting the Likud Knesset coalition's attempt to reform Israel's national judiciary. Some high profile generals and IDF and IAF reservists were protesting Likud by blatantly refusing to report for annual training, literally committing mutiny, some even being accused of treason. Some media commentators were expressing the opinion that Israel was teetering on the verge of civil war! After October 7th, some even accused the demonstrators of causing the atrocities by projecting national military weakness or unpreparedness with their loud demonstrations. So, finding the necessary political consensus for a unified postwar Gaza reconstruction policy may prove impossible. I hope that's not true, but it's not a well kept secret that within the culturally diverse Israeli population, disagreements on issues are frequent and deep. Notoriously, Israeli politics are a contact sport. There will be much difference of opinion in the body politic and its Knesset representatives over how to proceed with postwar reconstruction policy in Gaza, so, Israel watchers, don't hold your breath awaiting widespreadagreement! God sorely tested Job's faith. The lesson is clear. Nevertheless, if Israelis don't want to be in a constant state of cyclical wars, there are potential avoidance solutions that preserve Israel's relative security and permanent survival. I love Israel, and no one I know here in the USA wants to see these brave wonderful people anihilated and snuffed out. No one wants them to survive and prosper in peace more than I. If any nation can do it, Israel can. My prayers are with them! 🙏❤️🐻🇺🇲🇮🇱

As a Gentile Believer in Yeshua I’ve had a heart for Israel and the Jewish people for many years but until the tragic Oct. 7 attack I did not pay much attention to Middle East news and politics. However, since the morn. of Oct 8th (when i heard the news here in Australia), I’ve been following very closely what’s been going on in Israel. My heart breaks for the hostages suffering in those hellish dark airless tunnels for so many months, for the loss of life and severe injuries suffered by IDF Personnel and for those civilians from the north who’ve been displaced from their homes for so long. Also very saddened by the damage caused by rockets, drone attacks and arson lit forest fires. But I’m heartened by how resilient your country is after so many months of attacks from so many enemies. I’m observing and cheering from afar for your country as you press on to fight and stand firm and steadfast when so many in the West are acting weak and cowardly, pandering to the pro-Hamas, pro-‘free Palestine’ rhetoric. And it is so encouraging to read the comments in the various KZbin channels (Israeli and USA based orgs) showing how many people around the world DO stand with Israel! Unfortunately many Christians do not see the prophetic pages (from the Bible) turning. The best solution for the Jewish-Arab conflict is the two-state solution, with one state for Arabs and another for Jews. My proposal is different from previous ones. It involves creating a state for the Arabs of Gaza in Algeria, which is far from Israel. Algeria is an Arab state with 2.4 million km2 and its population consists of Sunni Muslims who speak Arabic.
