Hey All,
It's been a little while. I took a break because I got married (you can read more about it over at patreon). But I'm finally back and continuing the series. In this weeks video we're taking a look at Cinemachine and virtual cameras across the network and also allowing our player to rotate.

@@Frank_G_Finster thanks for taking the time to comment frank! Glad the tutorial series is helping, and for the well wishes on the wedding! I'll likely start moving into other parts of the multiplayer suite, things like relay etc with this pretty soon!

Hello! thank you for the amazing video but i do have a question; is it possible to put the cinemachine in the scene instead which finds the player whenever a client joins? what will be the difference?

Hi, I have 3 different player prefabs and all have different virtual cams. I have A, B and C characters for example. Char selection can be AAA, BBB, CCC, AAB, AAC etc. How should set the priorities?

Have you found a way to leave the players rotation client authoritative while maintaining the server side movement? You don't really want to experience latency on your camera movement as a client. Love the videos

Did you have an issue where when you add a rigid body that the character starts shaking violently? I got ahead of the video alittle bit, but im curious if you have any idea what might be causing it, is it from it colliding with the ground and the server trying to correct its location?

Hmm interesting. It could be clipping on your terrain suppose. A few questions; are you getting the issue as a host, or client? Is it happening when you look at another character and they're shaking or do they look fine when they move? Also is it the camera shaking your POV or the characters gameobject that is shaking?

This seems to happen on the server for me. @Flarvain, Is it fighting which camera it's using because it doesn't have one as they belong to the players. It happens if only one client is connected. If you then connect the second client it only judders, on the server, when the second client's player is moved.

@@castlecodersltd turns out that you cant have a character controller and rigid body or else they conflict, im not sure if thats normally a thing in unity or just in the case of netcode for game objects
