I think it’s because Francesca managed to get every guy she wanted. Chloe was more like a second choice for every guy after they realized that Francesca is more into Harry. In the first episode she kind of got rejected by Harry. Chloe was David’s second choice after Rhonda. Bryce was probably the only one who kind of liked her.
