During episode 1, I was surprised that most guys picked Emily and Carly over Kayla; in my opinion, she's the most attractive one by far. I'm assuming that BTS Kayla pushed away all the men so they decided to go after the women who reciprocated their advances. That being said, Kayla's response on IG did not work in her favour - she kept repeating ''I'm a nice person'' and ''I was so nice to everyone'' in what was 3-4 stories, which doesn't sound genuine to me. Nah fam, Marvin used Melinda after he tried to get with literally every other woman in the villa. After Marvin got rejected by everyone, he realized that he could go back and easily manipulate Melinda into being a major character on the show. He knows he needs to be a major character because he's been on several other dating reality TV shows. He knows exactly what he's doing, and there's no chance what they had was real.

none of them knew they had to form connections with someone when they signed up for the show so idk why everyone is pressed that kayla just so happened to not. she probably tried and took a bit to realize that none of the guys were peaking her interest. there wasn’t much screen time for her bc of that so some think she’s “boring” which is dumb like where is the connection. it was a fancy resort with fun people to hang around, i would’ve stayed for a while too.
