As someone who has lost sisters to Sickle Cell Diseases, and still have to educate people everyday..This show brings highlight to it, is beautiful. I hope we get far more than 3 seasons. Seing Michael run to help his mom in a mid of an episode, was so powerful.

We definitely need to do our part by watching the show. Unfortunately, no show is guaranteed to be safe from cancellation. Having good ratings isn’t always enough nowadays. It’s a good show and it kind of gives me CW’s Black Lightning vibes. It definitely has potential. Congrats to the shows success globally for Netflix.
