Nethili Meen ( Anchovy in English ) is a great fish for both fish curry (Meen Kuzhambu) as well as fry (Varuval). Nethili 65 is one of the famous starter in many non - vegetarian restaurant. The soft meat of Nethili fish, when marinated with selected herbs and spices, adds great taste to this recipe. Please be careful while buying Nethili Fish from the fish market as the quality of the fish is most important to our health.
Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-
Ingredients and its quantity:-
Anchovy - 500 gm
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Egg White - 2 no
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Corn Flour - 30 gm
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Leaf - 10 no
