I have a question that i couldn't find the answer whether on youtube or Google i was thinking to send an email or a call to cisco . My question is about cisco exams policy Please Man if u can help. I know the period of time that a ccie holder must wait 6 month to take another exam. But what if i passed (succeeded) the ENCOR 350-401 exam and now I'm a specialist HOW LONG i have to wait to pass the second exam to become a ccnp holder ? Can i pass the same exams in the same day ? Or i must wait 180 days ? Because I've been studying and i have the knowledge i wanna pass ccnp soon. ( ccna is not mandatory) Cuz if 180 day honestly i does take a long time let's imagine passing the CCNA exam and wait 6 month passing encor 350-401 and wait 6 months, another 6 months to become a CCNP holder that means it gonna take nearly 2 years . I wish I'll wrong about this , If you can explain in details please, i will be so grateful to you. thanks.

When i first started i was asking the same questions, "Which cert is best", "Hacking first? or python? or PowerShell? or Bash?" There is no right or wrong answer, work on all of it because you need to know it all anyway. Some weeks you feel motivated to reverse engineer malware, the next week you're looking at Cisco appliances and specs. It doesn't matter, do what motivates you at the moment and keep falling down the rabbit hole.

Its probably beacause of all the numbed idiots that he knows will use most what he teaches and then in turn throw it on someone who least suspects something criminal is happening behind their back very covertly. Trust me that soon afterwards anyone who hacks will land in a federal prison for it. Hacking is a criminal offense that carries stiff sentences in all U.S states. Hacking someone's facebook account or Gmail will land you in a jailcell. I'm grateful for his uploads to know of what all to expect from nosey neighbors these days and the importance in having defense mechanisms in protecting yourself. Thanks Chuck!

I have no pressure, no boss, and the point is to develop a PenTesting sector for specific vendors I would need Security and Networking but as goes the rest, there is so much more Thanks to your video, the necessities are specified AND where to go get them! Superb. Thanks again.

I'm laughing out loud when you guys mentioned CEH and I definitely agree with John to take something more practical rather than working on your memory to complete that MCQ exam. I took it nevertheless just to have an idea of what they want out from us. Though I passed it, I still think OSCP is the way to go if you want to be a practical pentester. Worse should you take CEH practical for that kind of price they charge, go for something else.

Dearest Chuck, you are truly an inspiration as an educator and your passion is so unbelievably refreshing. I have always struggled with a lot of the concepts you run through but you have an excellent skill at taking complex concepts and explaining them to the simplest of minds. Plus you're properly entertaining, engaging and funny. Now enough blowing smoke, lol, but yeah, thank you for taking the time to provide us with some of the best content on the tube. My girlfriend is even hooked on your channel and she couldn't be the least bit interested in my hacking obsession, ethically, of course. Now we're building hacking labs together. Sometimes she even lets me be the black hat attacker in night time "pentesting" 😂 Keep up the excellent work and above all, stay awesome. Thanks again. Hack the planet, and again, ethically of course.

Sorry I know I'm behind, but I was a phone phreak and a little more back in the day. I'm going into the field after I've seen my friends and even I get hacked ( one friend lost $90k) Thank you so much for all of these videos. People are so surprised that i can do so much that I taught myself but compared to the 90's these kids have it easy and you help so much with the information but also the joy and excitement for it. And python I love it. It's like just an upgraded version of Visual Basic..Thank you so much you are awesome and i wish i could afford to be in the army but soon i will be. I just started a career in life insurance and i hate it so being hacked might be a blessing in disguise.. but you and John are both great wish i was around years ago but im catching up I'm definitely Red Team. Chuck & John You guys are amazing. I am a polymath construction & development specialist and never had much time for computers, until recently, retired. Computers have been my nemisis! smart phones apts confuse the hell out of me. So I have jumped in scraping an old desktop to Linus and learning these beasts, terminal, bash, ssh, . But I don't know what or how to make a web site and what programs I need to incorporate an... Thank you for this info, eventually I will understand it.
@skinnym666
@skinnym666 Жыл бұрын
TLDR: essentially I am jealous of how 'smart' this person is because true polymaths are rather rare and even more rare if they can function successful in society. I on the other hand believe I am a complete moron all the time (except when I am sleeping - most of the time without remembering my dreams). but you are a self-described polymath ... shouldn't that imply a very intense and deep understanding of all things electronics, analog and digital signal processing/decoding/give me "Hello World" bits in little Endian utilizing ANSI for strings.... maybe you are not a polymath. and to even actually think for a moment you are a 'polymath' to me shows are ignorant you really are. Sure you know multiple fields, and maybe are actually good at more than one of them.... If you were a actual polymath I highly doubt you would be saying that word followed by your explanation of ignorance in some field AS WELL AS saying: "But I don't know what or how to make a web site and what programs I need to incorporate an" If you were actually a "polymath" maybe you would actually utilize your 600% relative brain power to conquer making a simple website with HTML... Actually I apologize to you... You have the confidence to say how amazing you are without blinking an eye (or rather maybe not even thinking before writing such a word). I am jealous of you for that characteristic of thinking you are the ~brightest, ~best, ~super-smart, and most of all a 'polymath'. For me sadly I know I am no polymath genius, and I will never be. Thank goodness we have people like you (as well as Newton, Teller, Tesla, Von-Bron, Feynman, and others like you) to put humans on mars and such. Again apologies... I just wish I had your confidence in my own abilities as you per-claim to have. "Ignorance is bliss" - origin of quote = probably from a TRUE polymath. Appreciate the time you took to read this, and I hope you are having a excellent day :) Sincerely, -Nobody

IT ALL DEPENDS: If you're someone who doesn't even know the difference between a video card and a sound card, go get all the education you can. If you're someone like Mr Hammond or my friend Evans, who just understands these things like 1st grade spelling and can demonstrate at an interview with a the laptop their skills and *how it relates to the role you're applying for*. And again, a degree may not be needed. Dell here in Austin, instead of requiring degrees for certain roles and positions they're hiring for, instead they forecast what positions they'll need, then post "job offerings with internal training" and take those within the company no matter their current department (they could be a warehouse worker but they want to become a Gandolf code writer, or security, or IT, Dell will take ppl from other departments that show a love for said roles theyll be needing and hiring for, and they will train them x amount of hours out of the 40 hour work week. Instead of hiring someone outside the company with a four-year degree they'll take someone in the company train them a few hours out of their week, and in 6 months they've got nothing but on hands hands on training, which is infinitely more useful and practical than any classroom setting. Do what you feel *YOU NEED TO DO*

Welcome to hack-rassic park~❤️ Sorry, couldn't refrain, but I'm enjoying this, I really want to sit down and learn this stuff, I've only had some minor use with Ubuntu Linux when I couldn't get a windows install for some old computers or old laptops and I mainly just played with it a little bit and learned how to use GIMP for image editing lol

*a friend of mine works for an on call IT company. He says half the jobs that he is sent out to do, he doesn't know how to do them. Yet, he knows there's always a video for that task either on KZbin or somewhere. And I asked are you serious? And he said yes I accept almost every job I get offered, and when I get to the client and they give me the task I just get to researching instructional videos. So you don't always have to have every piece of knowledge downloaded in your brain, because you can just look it up as you're working, with some headphones in and boom your instructor for your job is the device you're holding in your hand*

A relative of mine mine took programming classes for a degree. One of the classes the teacher did not even know the Language so beginning of every class was just googling the course for the day
