Great content mate, i find your videos more informative and easy to understand than the ones in Juniper Training portal itself

Thanks for these videos! I prefer your videos to the learningportal Juniper videos as a matter of fact. They should hire you :) I agree that the commit model is way better than Cisco. I've been using Cisco for 4 years and still have to pause for about 20 seconds when doing a "copy run start" on Nexus because I've been burned by absent-mindedly doing a "copy start run." With Juniper that sort of thing is never an issue. Same with trying to change multiple interface parameters at once - say you need to change duplex/speed/IP, but you want it to happen all at once, instead of getting locked out after step 1. With Juniper that is also never an issue too. With Cisco you have to write out a CLI script and have the router execute it - ick!

Yeah, I much prefer Junos for their commit model On Nexus, I always created an alias called 'wr' which ran 'copy run start' so I couldn't get it wrong It's in my video on Nexus tips and tricks if you're interested

That depends where you're at now. Do you have networking experience already? If not, start here: kzbin.info/aero/PLDQaRcbiSnqF5U8ffMgZzS7fq1rHUI3Q8
