@kheatherNYNJ luckily I've never had spasms. But my bladder will just simply decide whether or not I'm allowed to urinate. I've never had leaking or uncontrolled urinating. But most of the time when I feel like I need to pee, I can't. I have to wait until my bladder is VERY full, then I can pee but it almost never fully empties. So I'm constantly peeing about once an hour or so, to just keep it from being overfull. But I have to have the perfect scenario to pee. I can't have people waiting on me, I can't have people wondering where I am, there can't be a bunch of loud noises. I need complete privacy and silence to be able to focus very hard then I might be able to pee. I pray to God a lot in those moments and when I do, I get relief. Usually when I get angry or try to solve it myself is when I suffer more.

Bladder dysfunction can be varied amongst various diseases and also within the disease...unpredictable 😂 Good overview of Bladder dysfunctions
