This is an excellent physical therapist. Wish I would have met him 2 1/2 years ago when I started experiencing TOS symptoms - took me months to get diagnosed and had a very hard time finding a skilled physical therapist. Ended up getting surgery which didn’t help, but thankfully didn’t make things worse. I’m not losing hope though!

kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2LHYWuDlteGnNk I found this self massage for TOS symptoms. I found it helpful, you can try it at home no equipment needed. Take care ❣️

Thank you for your thorough explanation. I was nodding my head the whole way through this video because I've been going through something similar for 3 years (i'm about 85% better). It's a mess trying to figure this thing out while trying to find someone (healthcare professionals) who care and is knowledgable about Neck and shoulder issues. Keep up the great work.

smucci The only thing that helped me was Botox injections. The neurologist uses a different type Botox than the cosmetic solution but with the same effect. The muscle relaxes immediately and continues to, following the injections. It’s lasts for 3 months but after the first or second time, the spasms and tightness that compresses the nerves doesn’t seem to come back, sometimes for years. If you have insurance, ask for a referral to a neurologist. The Botox manufactures do not charge you for the full cost of the product, therefore neither does the Neurologist. It was life saving for me. I had no complications over the years of doing this ( every few years) and needed no muscle relaxers or steroids as a result of the injections. I regained my quality of life. Good luck & God bless.

Your description is exactly what I have. It prevents you from sleeping without interruption and when the arm is 90 degrees and above the arm down to the entire hand goes numb. Holding a pen for any length of time triggers numbness.

I cannot believe how spit on this video was yo my condition. It is as if you were describing me. Was your patient getting bad nerve zaps and incredibly intense nerve pain bouts? I would love to talk to you about how her recover was. I have dealt with this arm pain and extreme tenderness at the ac joint for years and very frustrated that nobody is helping fix this. Thank you so much for the video. After 8 cortisone shots I now know where a lot of my pain is coming from.

Dear Sir, thank you very much for this video. I have been diagnosed with neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome with a cervical rib on the left side. I have weakness in my hand and some muscle atrophy. I just recently started Physical Therapy for this and hoping the therapy will help me recover from this issue without surgery. Can you please let me know if it is possible to resolve this condition without getting the ribs out? Thank you!

Is bicep weakness ever seen with tos? I haven't seen anyone have issues with biceps and forearms as much as I have in terms of complaints

What the hell this literally sounds like me. I am diagnosed with carpal tunnel but for me it's way more complex. I have pain in my entire arm, my entire arm has less feeling than the other arm, I'd say 70% compared to the other arm. Can't grip things less than 3 inches in diameter without pain. Clumsy. I feel like it has been caused mainly by sleeping on my side and cutting off the bloodflow to my entire arm. I have laid on this arm my entire life and woke up in the middle of the night with a completely numb arm multiple times from laying on it
