Thank you for this video! I have been using this technique using your book for awhile. I am best at audio/visual learning and this has really helped to tie the method together :)

Is there no difference in treating a hypermobile person vs avarage ROM Do you have any course or if on hypermobility?

I know David didn't get back to you, but I happened to see this so maybe I can help a bit. I have a client with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that I work closely with her PT to create a symbiotic therapy. I start off with compression work to promote the passive release. The PT has advised me to stay withing normal PROM & AROM percentages, *Never go beyond as that can cause injury and tearing to the muscles and ligament that could also result in inflammation*. Ther are also some great resources that I have followed to help better get an idea on this condition 1) a blogger who tells of her struggles: medium.com/@chelseyengel/breaking-down-the-barriers-to-exercising-with-eds-and-hypermobility-692081adc462 and 2) The Fibro Guy has an online course on Hypermobility and EDS : www.thefibroguy.com/blog/its-here-the-new-hypermobility-course/ Hope this Helps and Best of Luck in your Journey.
