so how do we fix it? my pec is always tight and active when overhead position, so apart from stretching, what is weak? Cause my pec just tightens up whenever i do anything

I honestly think it stems from hypermobile joints which stems from a collagen deficiency. It’s like the collagen in the joints are so weak that they move around so much so the muscles tighten up to hold everything in place!
