@fungi42021, that’s not true. You have to get an IGeneX test ordered by a LLMD (Lyme literate medical doctor), in-order to get accurate results. On top of that, you’ll be diagnosed based on your symptom picture. If you have neurological symptoms, and a positive IGeneX test it means you have neurological Lyme, which is just a progression of the disease. The blood work that a pcp runs will be the Elisa which often gives false negative results.
