I agree with you. Now I live near the capital city, so it's possible to get all of that, but it probably will take all day because you still have to wait in line. My cousins, however, live in a country village, and she needs to travelled 3 hours by small boat, and 1 hour by car just to get an IV. If she needs an x-ray or had to deliver baby by a caesaran procedure, she needs to travel another 3 hours by car. Still, her situation still considered as lucky. In another place, you'll need 2 days just to get in a small clinic.

I have this disorder. presents the same way this boy did to the emergency room. If Dr. Choi treated me...I would have had a terrible time. I am so glad emergency did a CT AND an MRI as fast as they possibly could on me and, as they found no brain damage despite multiple doctors, nurses and med students studying them, admitted me to the neurological ward. I spent 4 days in the hospital doing tests and had some awesome doctors (from every department), nurses, staff, volunteers and students all come to talk to me and work together to find the correct diagnosis. It was a team effort, if some one did not know the answer they would ask for a second opinion and so on. They identified my case was not immediate life or death and, therefore, took their time to find the correct diagnosis and treatment for me. Thank god for my local hospital and the brilliant people within it's walls.

Stroke has a narrow window period 4.5 hrs you can live ur whole life with disability and CT usually doesnt show you early sign but clinical examination can give you clue

I don't know how things are in the U.S. but I'm sure there are protocols and disciplinary committees regarding doctors who overstep and take over patients and cases without the patient's actual doctor's consent. Conversion disorder is an outdated and no longer used term (Functional Neurological Disorder is the more widely used) and while the other stuff was reletively accurate its WAY more complicated than that and in reality its increadibly unlikely the paralysis would go away instantly like that, if it's possible at all. I have been paralyzed in my left leg for a year and 10 months due to FND and I'm only just getting some progress due to therapy and improvement in my living situation
