Thank you very much for this lecture! I have had a mystical experience myself and the information in this lecture are very relatable.

Ian Macright talk about the diveded brain and the preslective of eace himespire...and talk about that the connection between both of them work as shut down the othet side. So in mi 26:20 when you talked about the telmus I think oh that explan that now there is full trust on the left side and thats can bring the felling of clartiy. Well this is very intresting talk. Thank you.

I am enjoying these session so much. That part when you whispered "I'm sorry you had to endure so much" My heart needed to hear that. And that decision to choose who I want to be, "hurt and hurting" or feeling the pain and remembering i am the light, love Jesus and Mary are in me. And ask for help. I 100% agree it is a great story to tell after to help other. I do feel doubts ... who can I shine on that? Well " i know how you feel And that you got hurt And are afraid And sad For all the broken dreams It is sad. I love you and i actually care for you Thank you for letting me know that you want me to stay with you. I am well with you I am well in my body" Thank you everyone Take care

Surrender is a big word but in order for true surrender to occur its heart before the brain. I say this from personal experience.

Maybe brain work for Heart. So it’s not heart it self, its coming from brain from the first place

It is not intense prayer that changes the brain. It is a prayer for the intrinsic value that changes the brain.

I urge Dr Newberg pay attention to birthday as another dimension to our neural development as he compares and sorts brain scans. I claim humans have evolved to respond to birthday, i.e. seasonal, differences in their early environment, which amount to a fundamental dimension, phase, of the annual cycle of daily levels of arriving solar energy, with a particular variety of neural networking patterns and parameters.
so the information content of the experience has no bearing on the resulting well-being?

I'm a zen Christian, tested by the Church of England Church Army Seminary Principal concerned to ascertain where my seer gift is rooted. That turned out to be metastatic, moving from a God-botherer to God-bothered, a seer medium used in European diplomacy. That was a path established for me long before my parents met, so there's no subjectivity to it. On occasion, my choices have even been overruled, sometimes astonishingly so. When faced with the numinous, we're communicating with something far larger than we are, which may be a reason my brain runs at up to the Pavlovian Transmarginal Perception limit. I'd burn out otherwise. The exact test the Principal set was effectively ESP, asking to be told what his presentation subject was. The congregation behaved rationally, complaining it was impossible, while I recognised it was a coherent consequence of what I'd done the previous Sunday, showing up deus ex machina to intercept a major problem at the instant it became comcrete. My response was to recognise that my experience in getting there was clearly from beyond me, so I passed the query onwards, clearing my channels in confession as I dropped into the deepest hole I could find. What emerged from my mouth was most definitely not from my consciousness, and then proved to be a perfect match to his prepared text, which he'd hidden under guard. From there it just grew, as part of basic confidence. This, I now know from a First Caliphate text, is not unique. It moved me to a High-Sensitivity awareness of demands, which proved precisely pertinent to reality. All I had to do to complete Gandhi's unfinished business was wait at a particular spot. It just unfolded from there, and not by my seeking it out. I was reticent, but it was undeniable. It is not, therefore, constant. What is constant is the background level: I can tap the numinous power on demand, as I rate as a Reiki Master.

Whoa, this has a lot of specific jargon, I could barely understand what you said. It would be great if you could elaborate further or explain some of the jargons.

@@JelMain you seem to think your pretty smart but haven’t figured out there is no such thing as a zen Christian…..
@JelMain2 жыл бұрын
@@rileywiley268 Try telling the Japanese that. Just because the Buddhists are as big-headed as the Catholics doesn't mean they have a monopoly on that minimalist approach to meditation. Zen's also Taoist, and rooted in Lao Tzu's aphorism Blessed are the meek, from the Tao te i-ching, 200 years before Christ said the same thing. It just means great minds think alike. I don't care what that does to your tidy box-classification of the inner world of the limbic system. All you're commenting on is one of at least 25 different approaches to the same thing. They're not 25 different things. It includes BDSM subspace, Shamanist trance, and religious meditation. Some are aware of a numinous presence, others not, although that may mean they're just not awake to it. If that hurts some Religious monomania of yours, that's your problem, not mine. The furthest I'll go is recognising that Christian repentant confession is the most effective way to maintain a relationship with the numinous. Triumphalist dogma has done a shedload of harm to real faith, so if that's your game, this ends here.
