Also, sleep and animal protein are the 2 most important things to get everything out of your genetics during puberty. I heavily neglected both of those so I could’ve been 6’4 or 6’5 potentially😕.

@shreygaming4551 I am in a family of giants 😅 crazy part is we aren't skinny either, my dad was a strong man and weighed upwards of 375lbs, I myself am around 250lbs, and both my brothers float around 400lbs, also weirdly enough, other than my 7ft+ brother, I have the biggest feet and hands of the family, Even though I'm 6'5" I still wear size 19 shoes, and dont get me started in trying to find gloves or rings. I've gone back for both my families history and there's two things I'm certain of, my mother side is all vikings, and my dad has a genetic defect, cause he's Hispanic and his dad wasn't even 5'4", his family average was 5'7" but he was still popped out at 6'0", pretty sure it was passed down to my brothers as it's hard to belive we all got this tall without it. Scared for the next generation of my family, we might have some records broken but being 6'5" can be a pain in the back and knees (doesn't help that my wife's 4'11" and that I was a semi professional cage fighter)

I was a late bloomer and the smallest kid in the class at 14 with 5'4, now I am 21 at 6'3 and many people don't recognize me from before, because of that increase in height. What is also interesting, people told me I was taller when I lost weight and started working out, and it was actually true that losing about 30 pounds gained me an inch more height.

I entered puberty at 13 as well, I’m 5’ 11 right now and the doctors say I’m most likely to be 6’ 5- 6’ 8. I don’t think this is exactly true, everybody is different, my uncle stopped growing in 8th grade at 6’ 1. Doctors say that people release their growth hormones at different times in the puberty stages, at the beginning, the middle, and the end. In some rare cases people still grow in adult years.

6 feet 1 inch is good height. above 6 feet 2 inches, you started to lose advantage of being tall. so 6 feet 1 inch is 100 times more ideal than 6 feet 4 inches. In medical terms, 6 feet 4 inches is not healthy height, not optimal, because medical issues start to arise once you cross 6 feet 4 inches. so optimal height is 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet 2 inches.

NBA players has shorter lifespan than average. Please google it. Optimal human height is 5'7 to 6'2. I said people who think being too tall is advantegous, they are wrong literally. Being 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet is 100 times more healthy than being 6 feet 5 inches or above.

I was 5,4 at 18, both my parents are short at 5,7 dad and 5,3 mom. I grew almost 4-5 inches in the summer of my 18 year and 4 inches again at 19. Now i am 6 foot and I am still growing. The trick is to detoxify your blood before doing anything. In a toxic blood environemnt we get by eating foods like chocolate,candies and biscuits and processed meat, the body decreases the release of human growth hormone and testoserone. I grew 4 inches literally after a month of detoxification and I had my growth plates x rayed and they were open. The closed ones in the feet somehow reopened. I was not a late bloomer, I already had a beard at 17 and I had growing pains and suddenly in 3 years im 6 foot. The first thing I notices is my feet got bigger then suddenly I grew extremely fast, At a rate of an inch a month. Because by 5 months I was 4 inches taller

I hit puberty just before I was 10 and everyone thought I was a freak, saying my deep voice was fake and I was just after attention, even some teachers didn’t believe me until my mother had to explain to them it was puberty. Had a hairy chest by 14 and got stared at by other guys especially when in the changing room at school.. really made me feel uneasy! Everyone assumed I would most definitely hit a growth spurt but in the end my final height reached just 5 ft 6 at around 15 years old. I’ll be completely honest it’s caused me to have insecurities for years thinking I did something wrong or maybe I didn’t eat enough as a teenager. I started working out at the gym two years ago and slowly getting my confidence back. I think finding hobbies and going out of my comfort zones and socialising with more people and just dressing well has had a big impact on my overall confidence.

I wishwd i entered puberty like age 14 or 15 rather than 12-13, Im an asian male and i was about 150cm (4'11, same height as my maternal grandma, my mum is about 153cm too) and at 12 i was 162cm(5'4), then at 13cm i grew to 167cm(5'6, close to my dad's height of 168cm). Over my teengag years i only grew about 8cm total as I hit 170cm(5'7) at 14, then 172cm at 15(5'8), 173cm at 16, 174cm at 17 and have been about 175cm since 18/19. I only remembered one time i went to visit the doctor and the height measurement maschine measured me at 176cm without shoes in the early morning... I felt it was a fluke but i usually claim 175cm (5'9) to be truthful. Lots of people say given my parent's heights, i should be grateful to be taller than both of them... I agree but if i started puberty later like 14 or 15 maybe i could have been 180cm (5'11) which is my ideal height. Of course according to asian male standards, I am slightly above average, i have tall genes in my family like paternal great grandfather being 180cm and his cousins from china around that height, my dad is short because of his dad but his mum side of the family were all pretty tall... I know of people with similar height parents as mine being way taller than me too and its envious... However height has never been an issue for me in terms of attraction and being attractive to females, i believe my character and attitude in life will being me further

I felt this. I was more or less the same height from the 3rd grade until sophomore year. 4’11-5’1”. I was the bigger kid in elementary school then everyone else grew and I didn’t. I grew taller and stronger starting summer of my junior year and finished in summer after senior year. I’m 6’5” and I dunno how I’m genetically related to my parents and sibling. Dad is 5’8” mom is 5’6” and sister is 5’3”. My late mother’s father was 6’2” so that a possibility of where my height comes from. Not everything is fun where you’re this tall tho. I’m a size 13 and all of my clothes are to loose because I need xl or 2xl everything because of the height.
