The moment I saw that Kodak neon sign, I started looking at flights from Chicago to Dallas. So sad Don doesn't want to sell it and Mr Holga has dibs on it. I call 2nd dibs on the neon Kodak sign. I'll fly over to buy it. Good luck with the Moving Don!!!

Mr Holga, love the shirt. Grew up 20 miles from the shop and use them occasionally today to develope film! Also had to get myself a shirt as well.

You are correct!! I have lots of rail 4x5 view cameras . Too many.

You can use novatron with digital as long as you use a modern radio control unit.

As I drag more stuff over and then take pictures and put the pictures on social media. So as I can since I am the only one working here. My dad does come in and help clean things that I put up for sell as well.

New building owners and they don't want me there. So moving, unless I can't find a space and then who knows. It is an adventure for sure.

@@donsusedphoto May I (selfishly) suggest a move west... Abilene. Away from the high cost of living and high rents, and only an hour drive for me. ;-) I am a fine art photographer running my own gallery in Haskell, TX, because I wanted to be inflation/bad-economy proof. (As it turns out, that decision made 3+ years ago, was possibly the smartest choice of my life!) Owning the building makes you landlord-proof too, and you can own a building in these parts of TX for a ridiculously tiny amount of money. I'm talking, so little money people will not believe you, if you tell them. For example: there is a 5,000 sq ft building (same size as mine±) just one block from me, priced at $50K. Not a typo and I didn't forget a zero. To be honest I think this would be too far from Abilene for you to draw people, but it does give you perspective on the benefits of this or similar areas. There is a town, Anson, about 20 miles outside Abilene that I would consider, if I did what you are doing, but I am no expert.
