Can be done but.. 1. Make sure no space to build to block your view. 2. Face north to avoid morning/afternoon sun. 3. Get corner unit, bedroom in corner behind living room & bathroom 4. Quiet area away from party zone. 5. Developer has good reputation & build condo's. 6. Only buy if it's 1/10th of your net worth. 😊

There are not 50 applicants for 1 condo in Thailand. That is not true. The fact is that it is easier to buy a condo than to sell. I can buy a condo for 50,000 euros or can rent it for 350 euros a month. The difference is that after I buy it, I still have the 50,000 euros after 12 years and if I rent it, the 50,000 euros are gone after 12 years. Renting a condo is like throwing money down the toilet. BTW: The 90 day report can also be made online. This takes less than 5 minutes. Is this too much effort ? And problems with neighbors can be solved very quickly because others then have the same problems.

@@Nicholasvitali2000 In Germany. But what is the different ? Renting is like throwing money down toilet. Fact is that the Landlord make money. This is the same everywhere in the world. Nobody will rent you a condo if they don't make a profit. But you can make this profit if you buy the condo. If you rent then you will lose the money. This is the case everywhere in the world.

In Australia you will always make $$ on real estate in the right areas obv>> because like u said 50 buyers for every listing here in Thailand 1 buyer for 5o listings and they just keep making more of them whilst I love the place would never buy better to rent IMO
