My first thought on "why do we act from masculine energy" was: because we don't really take care of our souls, this way unconsciously repeating bad caretaking in our childhood. So I think in order to get into feminine energy, one has to take care of all the grief, trauma, anger, loneliness and despair inside, and one needs to develop and retain the deep wish to finally protect this mistreated inner child . That's what I felt and that's what feels to work for me..

Hi Helena, I know you and Tom met on Bumble. But my experience is that men on Bumble don’t make much effort and expect the woman to do everything and even to carry the conversation. Some guys even admitted that the reason why they’re on Bumble is because they like the idea of not having to put in a lot of work, and that they want to see women doing so. Can you please advise me on this?

@tammyshannon15922 жыл бұрын
It seems that there are more men who want the women to do all the work asking them out making plans etc. I really don't get it and it is not attractive to me. I find too many men want to put in zero effort. I had a first date just cancel on me as I was about to walk out the door because he decided to go kayaking lol
@HelenaHartCoaching2 жыл бұрын
Yes, I have a LOT of thoughts on this! When you start developing beliefs about “men on Bumble” or “all men” in general, it keeps you attracting those same types of men and experiences over and over. If I had come across a man like this on Bumble (and I’m sure I did), I wouldn’t have given him any energy or attention at all so it didn’t become a factor in my point of attraction. My mentality would have been, “He’s showing me right away that he’s not the right one - that’s a GOOD thing!” I would have been happy that I didn’t have to waste any time on someone who wasn’t in his empowered masculine energy, and quickly moved through that kind of man onto the next better match for me. The next video I’m going to publish should be helpful, I’ll be posting it on Friday or Saturday. In the meantime, I’d recommend checking out these videos (I’d start the first one at 23:30): kzbin.info/www/bejne/mH-Um62IhcSmh5o, kzbin.info/www/bejne/nnOlZJWudsRpeac and kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXm1ZJeAbbacgqM.

Hi Helena, question, when in the early stage of dating say 3, 4 months, if I feel insecure or he is not treating me up to my expectations, do I need to talk to him about it? Sometimes people have different perspectives, talking to him is also a way of better know him. But some man are difficult to open up for such a conversation, any advice?

What do I do-when he’s moved further away (bc of a job, he pursued before we met) from our already long-distance dating, and we decided to take a break until he’s “settled” there-and can decide if we’re going to try to do this long distance-and eventually decide if I move there? How do I hold space-and not be “waiting” for him?? He already fell in love first and I did after. If I go out and start dating others-it’s disingenuous and not fair to someone else. Gah.

I was under the impression you need to know what you want in order to attract it when you go on a dating site. Is that using masculine energy?
@HelenaHartCoaching2 жыл бұрын
Great question! Personally, I don’t think you need to know exactly what you want in order to attract it. In fact, trying to get too specific too quickly can really hold people back (I see this happening ALL the time). My husband and I talked more about that in this podcast episode - you can listen to it on Spotify here: open.spotify.com/episode/5MnAVKyJsfQaFG7PVzDIwm?si=dIGga3PYToaURX3k75SIXw …or on Apple Podcasts here: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/master-your-magnetism-with-helena-hart/id1585522214?i=1000553510996

@@rebeccagray3477 actions speak louder than words mist of the time. Dating other men increases your value to your own self and in the eyes of a man that really loves you. He won't like that other men have a chance of winning the prey he thinks is his...but NOT WITH HIS UNDESIRABLE behavior. There are men out there willing to meet your needs.
