Never Do THIS When Buying a Bromeliad During the Summer!

When I am passing through the hardware store and see some bromeliads looking nice, that tells enough of a story. They are surviving under fluorescent lighting. Any plant doing that is going to get zapped in the sun or have an adjustment period. I love getting a look into how the pros in FL do it!

Yes...learned the hard way. Over exuberance can be a negative. They do show within only a few days if they're happy or not.

In this part of the world damage can start withing hours in the summer, it can be pretty brutal at our latitude.

Nice advice. I wish I had a great bromeliad nursery here in Navarre FL. That place is so fantastic. I bought most of my original Bromeliads from Jome Depot or Lowes but now I have so many pups from them over past 2 years I don’t need to buy any
