My feeling is that hand size is the difference maker #1 in grip strength. How would you train for a hercules hold without having access to the implement? Greetings from Germany 👋

I have a competition coming up in 12 weeks that has a max saxon bar deadlift (testing pinch grip). What kind of programming protocol would you be using for something like that? Thanks, big fan of yours and I love the app, would appreciate any tips

Would be looking at adding the grippers deadlift warm up, probably use the billy big grip phase for timed holds with the saxon bar too
