What beautiful positive people you are! Love watching you guys! I was born in Belgium, the flemish (Dutch) side been years since I’ve been back, had no idea how expensive it has become to get a house in Europe now!
@Projectsweden2 ай бұрын
Thank you for your kind words 😊 yeah the house prices in most of Europe are simply ridiculous. Even if you can get a mortgage it takes a lifetime to pay it off. This is another reason why we moved up here, we just out and out bought the house. Where do you live now? :)

That is a Rödhake (Robin) nest. I don't know about way up there but here in Mälardalen, pretty much Stockholm they're quite rarely seen. So you did well on saving that stack of wood
@Projectsweden7 ай бұрын
Oh that makes sense! I was getting firewood one day in the winter and a little bird flew into the shed and almost flew into my face! He barely managed to stop and turn around. He must have been freaked out about me being here. So he must have lived in the shed all winter. We have a couple of robins along with many other birds in our garden in the summer

A Rödhake-nest means the lumber shed is well ventilated drying out the wood. They are quite shy and won't come from the front door and they like a dry nest - so that shed is a keeper 🎉 maintenance only I'd say, win-win-win.

They say over here that they need 50.000 people to move to not Norbotten in the next 2 years to cover all the jobs. There should be work in all sectors. Of course whether or not you can just move here and start working greatly depends on where you are moving from and what sector you work in

An advice frome my mom.. dont try to plant any seeds befor midsummer! If you do.. its gonna be long stalks and leaves.. nothing els.. they kinda searh for sun! Soo, becuse of our climate.. there is a small time to get it right.. to early not good, to late not good! And on top that.. its the same with our social life.. its climate dependant!

@@Projectsweden Strange becuse my mother is frome Hälsingland and thats even south of you! Its probably rather this everyone can show of.. and grow/plant Tulips in snow!? Soo different seeds need more weeks/months, to blossom and or get fruits/veggies! Its different seeds veggies and flowers! At easter its "påskliljor" buy them in a jar.. later comes "pingstlijor".. we havent got to midsummer yet! By those and plant them as flower bulbs.. there is even other spring bulbs to buy.. thats earlyer.. only hope that they trive on your lot! And they gonna blossom when they like/climate/season! I do recomend liilys.. becuse they are posionus.. for mose, elks and deers!
