THIS is the most underrated cover of this song on youtube! I have recently come to appreciate this song and absolutely loved Loren's live on PBS and I haven't found anything close or better than that before this video! We really cannot say that a cover is better than the original. The cover is always an emulation of the original. They have different tone. This is a song of a matured woman which I think is suited to the looks of the main character. The voice of Allred suits a younger woman.
