The point that AMS is giving in a nutshell is that as men we need to be the managers and the woman our employees. A good manager gives due praise for good work and reprimands and disciplines in a firm but respectful and understanding manner when there is a problem with the employee or their performance. Additionally, a good manager listens to constructive feedback given by their employees and appreciates it without being emotionally unstable.
