Zen thank you for that opening. I really needed to hear that. A lot of peoples struggle in the studio has nothing to do with their ability to make good music. It’s usually an outside issue that contributes to “writers block”

Papi, this was really inspirational. I overthink stuff and get mired in the 8 bar loop-to where it gets frustrating. I just need to dive in and have fun.

Funny thing, I will always respect this dude. But it's just funny, I'm a signed and consistent releasing producer on black hole, reached out to him NUMEROUS times few years ago when getting into it for mix and master on my early come up..to no response...ever. Must be hard to book those sessions with ya brotha ;)

@@endlessvoid2215 You can find it on my website and my Patreon to book some time. Outside of that I’m not sure where you reached out from. Sorry I missed your messages, and I’m happy for success 👊.

I have to share my experience. Maybe it helps someone 🤷🏻♂️ Dear producers, you have to understand that making music is very personal. Every track is a reflection of you. That's why so important to care about yourself in the first place. You are the most important instrument in the studio! If you think you have a writers block, go one or two steps back and take time with things that fulfill you (running, reading, eating your favorite food etc). Once a friend told me, Studio time is fun time - not work time. Don’t understand me wrong, it’s very important to work your ass off, but slowly is the fastes way to get where you want to be. It's not a run, it's a marathon. It's hard to be patient, but you're not helping yourself if you put too much pressure on yourself. As Zen said, don't think too much, when it feels good, then you are on your own path. Positive Energy for you ☀️
