Finally something I can relate too as a renter! Renting in small apartments means we are very limited in space and in what we can do. I like that it's not built-in but movable furniture, which is more realistic and comfortable.

This is by far the most realistic approach to a small space ever featured on this channel. Saving this to my playlist for future reference.

Agree. It's attainable to ordinary people. You don't need the price of the apartment again to make it work. Great job and lots of ideas here. Hello from Australia 🇦🇺

This is one of the best uses of space. It really looks homey, without having to move a bunch of things around in order to use something. Looks more spacious than its square footage.

While I personally don't like the thought of having the wardrobe right by the kitchen, the overall design of the apartment is beautiful, streamlined and comfortable to live in. I'd probably have sacrificed parts of the big shelf for clothes storage instead, but it's a beautiful look so I understand why one was chosen over the other!

Well i also feel the same but after lot of videos from the same channel i feel they could have used a sliding door cupboard which acts as a door to bedroom as well as a storage closet for clothes that is facing the living room sofa . And we can have drawers that face the balcony that separates kitchen and living room sofa which also acts like a counter top. But i dont know if my design costs more and thats why they would have went like that. But i agree this is a very good home. ❤

Commenting as the vid is playing... I'm also a fan of furniture that is not fixed (apart from the sink and oven!). It really does give flexibility and adaptability. I like the colour scheme. The half and half open and solid storage unit is a triumph. Kitchen-dining area work well in all respects. I woukd have a taller mirror in at the start of the living area (the only chang I'd make!). Excellent job. G Ire

Simplicity personified. Gentrification was an interesting point, but if you look at it from a cost perspective the changes made appear very cost effective (IKEA, movie screen, foldaway desk etc). Personally, I think it’s wonderful. If the ownership changed, it would be an amazing base to work from given no walls etc.

Nicely done. If I may comment, I think the print on the perimeter wall is hung a little too high. Try moving it down by 10 or 15 cm. The effect would be better, I think.

I love the European style of this apartment. Only thing I would change is the size of the sideboard between the windows. I would change it for a shorter one. And I don't know why you would need the access from the living room side and the bedside in the shelf. 🤔

I definitely do own to many things, I would never be able to fit them inside those storage - AND I do live alone XD really nice and simple design, I would add some pops of color (probably dark green or navy couch, some appliances in kitchen ... I do own mint green toasterXD etc). Important question: are they able to fully open washing machine's door? because toilet seems to be just in front of it. I am curious because I was/am thinking of same layout - and I don't know if it would be easy to use...

This is the 1st episode that acknowledged gentrification and although it is brief, I think it's very important to acknowledge that many of these neighborhoods that seem trendy with spaces that seem "abandoned" or "unsused" are homes of those who may not have all the resources to completely gut out their spaces to make them cute and functional. The Gola should be accessible and affordable living spaces for ALL that utilize ALL space

In many countries in Europe it would not conform to building regulations if switches were inside. all switches and sockets have to be a certain minimum distance from water source in small tiny spaces this is often outside the room, this is completely normal in UK and Europe so would not confuse anyone
