Listening to novels by James Kustler, set in your neck of the woods, and can't help but constantly picture you and your farm. Thank you for the continued generosity of these videos. Happy New Year, one of your course students 😊

I'm embarrassed to say I know nothing about celeriac. Love that all three use 10" spacing. I'm getting a gridder with my some of my bonus money. Very excited to learn about this tool first hand and celeriac recipes are next on my list.

Please don’t throw out celeriac leaves. Dry them and they are the best to use when cooking soups and meats. Use it beside parsley leaves. Can be used fresh as well. Cut them and add little bit into mashed potatoes.

We often hit higher temps before kohlrabi matures and then they get tough

Indeed, I live on the east coast of Australia and grow kohlrabi in the cooler months. I do however grow gigante (giant) varieties which consistently grow to 5lbs and are not 'woody'.
