Great series. The absolute favorite part of harvest is making amazing food for my family. You inspire me to do more with our vegetables.

I've enjoyed a few others on youtube. But I must admit, I love watching you guys and especially the SEED TO PLATE series. I am truly envious. It's a dream of mine own to live freely like you guys. God Bless and love you guys. You truly are a inspiration to me.

Years ago my "Health Food" friend "Karen" invited me to her wedding. At the end when everyone left I walked with her as she hit every table and "Harvested" the Kale from each table setting. She told me how wonderful Kale was and how misunderstood it was...being used as a "decoration". She talked about all the different ways it could be prepared and served. How good it was for a body. She changed my life so much in so many ways. To this day I plant Kale in my garden and harvest it fresh to stir fry it with onions and garlic and top it on steamed rice with soy sauce and pepper. Cheers!
