On the barbarian build, shouldn't the arm pen be 82,500 because of the barbarian feat "Over penetration" which gives 2% bonus damage (up to 10%) for every 500 points of armpen above cap. You made note of it, but it doesn't show in the stats.

So basically, if Hellbringer Warlock with less than about 200k power switch to Soulweaver paragon and run ToMM as a Healer. I appreciate the video but just wish Cryptic would actually balance the DPS classes with a non-DPS paragon to be more in line damage-wise with the Pure DPS classes.

Rainer, with the new 3 Journals and Orcus setup.... Wouldn't this be the best dps spec? It will apply additional hit on critical and 10% unresistable damage and the Orcus damage bonus. Plus it ups your power by about 3k and 30k hp..... Just a thought.

Maybe yea, I didn't have the journals yet back them but I'm farming them now (almost done). I'll be adding the last 2 journals to the builder - but the set bonusses are not processed just yet. WIP! Feel free to modify the templates as you feel fit :-)

The group I often run with has beaten it within 15 minutes many times - but with 6 DPS. The biggest influence here is not staying in the lobby for a long time (time is already running there :P). As for the single healer/single tank, I don't feel I have sufficient expertise on this topic to talk about it. Don't want to spread false information. It is possible, but risky. Typically the risk is not worth it if you have tanks/healers available.

These builds aren't really helping seeing as how you need stuff from tomm to complete the builds. Just laying out the optimal stats would be huge help.

When you reached level 20 you should go to the rewards claim agent in protectors enclave. There you will be able to pick up your reward pack!

Protege is from the lomm seals, relatively easy to get. The lionheart weapons are from the tomm trial.... a bit harder. If you dont have them go for burnished

Rainer, why DEX and INT for Ranger? Shouldn't it be DEX and STR since its physical damage?

Most of the damage of a warden ranger comes from storm strike. Storm strike (and clear the ground and call of the storm) is buffed by INT, not STR. For content other than ToMM STR is probably just as good because you use more encounters in normal combat

some stack, some dont - the 3% damage on melee bonus stacks 2 times (its also on other gear pieces)

Download the character builder .rar file and extract it completely. Afterwards start up the executable in there and go to File -> Load build and then select the cbf file you want to load

Is the halaster artifact worth 25m-100m ad and the leg rings are worth 8m+?or they are just over priced?

Legendary rings vs epic rings are 20 power difference - quite an easy one to answer. You don't need the combined rating/stats to cap everything. As for the artifact.. pff that a difficult one - it is a super potent and important debuff artifact for the trial. Also the stats on there are amazing. Would I pay that much for the artifact though? Not really.... You do only need 1 so what you potentially could do is collectively buy one for your team..... but oof - monopolies are harsh

At the moment the Fighter class needs some love. Wizard/Rogue/Ranger are the three classes with the most DPS right now (taking skill out of the equation).

Probs shouldn't use sage ring on rogue, shocking execution does a lot of dmg, the 3% encounter ring is better

You might be right! These builds are just templates though, use and adapt them as you want :-) It's basically a helping hand to balance stats
