I fear the whole bike would be physically too small for me, but you are correct after riding for over 43 years I've concluded the most fun can generally be found wringing the neck of a small machine on a winding hilly road. While I have large cc machines for touring, you just can't ride a large capacity machine consistently hard on public roads without reaching crazy unsafe and illegal speeds. For a pleasure ride I find my older and less powerful bikes provide a bigger grin. Riding a less powerful bike "Fast" is more fun than riding a really powerful one "slowly" IME.

anyone who has Ridden Sub 500 inline 4 Cylinder bike will jump with joy to see this. Just like me. Having ridden CB400 4, i always used to think, how this kinda engine might feel with the modern tech thats available today. But there was no one who dared to build such an engine, till this bike broke cover. The desire Quotient on this bike is much higher than anything i would wanna have. Just wanna see it on a naked bike.

For indonesia kawasaki is the pioneer on the small displacement sportbike, they started it with ninja 250 twin paralel with carburetor in 2009 or 2010, and now they introduce the 250 4inline. Really hope the other japanese brand to catch up with kawasaki tho 😊

Got exited for a second there as I thought it was going to be a 2 stroke 250, sadly not. I had a Suzuki RGV 250M in the early 90's and that bike was so good it was frightening. Made the same power as the Kawasaki ZX25R in the video BUT weighed 40 kilos less. Bring back 2 strokes!!!!

hey friend, bought one of these four-cylinder motorcycles that are available in Japan on the Gray market. You didn’t tell me the displacement when I first took it for a ride through the country. He rode one of his 600s and I rode his 250 Kawasaki four-cylinder. When we took a break, he asked me what I thought. I told him what a delight it is., but I just couldn’t take it to red line which was 19,000 RPMs. I thought it was a 400, I was very surprised that it was only at 250.. this was back in the 90s. Here in 2023, he still has that bike. He asked me if I wanted to buy it from him a couple years ago.

I'd love to see smaller to mid displacement inline fours come back in a big way, particularly in the retro classic genre. My opinion is that this will be the new king of A2 bikes. In this day and age there are several models that would suffice the needs of average new rider, but you'll get bored of them quickly as you gain experience and want more from it. I think this will be easy to ride in town with plenty of power on open road while also economical on fuel and cheap on insurance, not to mention the sound... I'm liking it already, and would surely buy one even if it comes at a price premium for this ccm range. Well done Kawasaki, you've nailed it with this model.
