Obviously the K8 is quite an impressive car with something of an Audi A7. I like that Kia has its own style and it's not just a Hyundai with a different badge. I like the diamond shape they used everywhere (even the seat memory buttons), DS has this kind of vocabulary on their cars too. Maybe the ambiance is a little bit too dark but there may be some other trim available. (The only problem is that we tend to focus more on Ma Ri than on the cars but, well, we'll manage! :D )

I'm not fond of the front end styling - it looks really busy, perhaps too much going on. The interior looks comfy and rather pleasing overall. Very well presented!

Great presentation. It would be helpful if there was a way to cover the various models and options available. Most reviews only show the fully loaded top end model available but the K8 starts around 30 million won and goes up to 50 million. There are a lot less options available in foreign countries but in Korea you can add so many options so it would be nice to get a brief description of the options, possibly some pictures showing visible differences where possible.

Hybrid is the Best way to go. I fill up my 2019 Ioniq hybrid 3x a month in So. California for no more than $85 and I drive it as I do any car and Avg 46-48 mpg.

Was looking forward to seeing the K8 in the U.S. Kia definitely has fallen in love with patterns lately. The diamond pattern is a bit much, and the frameless grill is just ok. Not that great in white. But it surely seems a lot more competitive in its segment.

It is competing with azera which I owned now, it is upgraded version of former K7, a little better and expensive than azera, it is realised this year and hot in south korea

What a beautiful Sports Sedan... too bad it's gonna remain an infamous legend cause KIA is too arrogant to switch it to a proper Front Longitudinal RWD/ AWD Layout... Not many people would spend that much on a Front Transverse Car... If KIA knows what's good for them, they would make the next Gen KIA K7 and the Next Gen KIA K8 either a: 1. Front Longitudinal RWD/ AWD Layout 2. RWD/ AWD Serial Hybrid Layout with a Front Longitudinal Range Extender Layout

As a 2-time Cadenza owner (2014 and 2017), I find this version over styled. It apparent to me that Hyundai and Kia are going overboard with styling for the mainstream market with the exception of the Telluride, who’s styling is executed beautifully IMO. Sometimes less is more.
