Bajaj is always way ahead in design and technology. They created the new segments saying the likes of the Eliminator (now Avenger) and Vikrant (V) are the best examples... Pulsar really made a revolution in Indian biking in the early 2000s despite the existence of CBZs and Fieros...The neither sporty nor the commuter look was a great success and that made the Pulsars to survive for more than two decades of introduction. Bajaj can introduce lots of models but they should retain the iconic design of old gen Pulsars as it still has lovers. It's not a new story for Bajaj to roll out models that were terribly flopped (Legend,Saffire,Wave,Wind,XCD). Phasing out old Pulsars should dig graves for new ones. Anyways east or west DINO is the best when it comes for reviewing new models.

If Bajaj is going to phase out current Pulsar 150 STD, then it will become a grave mistake. Pulsar 150 STD is a family bike 👪 Long seat, twin shockabsorbers for better comfort and for having a side hook for extra luggage bags 😁, solid and sturdy pillion rubber foot pegs, long silencer for that extra guy (3rd person) 😁😁😁. Low pillion seat height for ladies and short persons, widely available spares (especially for Pulsar 150). Proven reliable engine (Yes the engine is reliable) long-term and and also for long drives. P150 in its dreams also cant be matched with current Pulsar. Yes P150 is advanced in fancy ways but that doesn't make sales numbers in India 🇮🇳. If thats the case Unicorn should be a flop bike.

If a product is delivering exceptionally for what it has to deliver then looks is not that of a matter for many people. Ex: Splendor, Bajaj CT series, Honda Unicro6, Pulsar 150, Honda Activa, Suzuki Access and list goes on..

Pulsar has lost it's identity, unlike Apache, which has evolved to be the best commuter in every segment, pulsar did not stick with their definitely male tagline, known for it's muscular looks.

I will still miss the tank shape of the previous Pulsar, it used to add the bulk to the bike. As Bajaj says 150cc is more of a commuter segment now and this 150 looks more of a commuter than a street fighter and there is nothing wrong in that. For the people like us we are waiting for the new gen NS and RS.

Good video anna 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Bajaj is marketing that new model is 10kg lighter. Lighter than which model that will not be mentioned. 😂😁😁 Pulsar 150 STD, Neon models weigh 143kg. None the less, weight reduction is always welcome. No nitrox in Monoshock?? 🤔🤔🤔 Cost cutting??? But by its looks old variants are robust in build quality in my opinion. Only time ⌚ will say that. In my opinion, its better to go for N160 twin disc if someone is looking for P150 twin disc as this doesn't make any sense. But P150 single disc is best of all worlds in my opinion 👍🏻

Hope atleast NS and RS 200 shall continue as better build quality, descent amount of features like LED turn indicator (NS 200), USB port, hazard lights switch, infinity display which is similar to N250 and F250, analog tachometer, white back light switches, dual channel abs (NS 200), DOHC engine and triple spark plugs

from the launch of new pulsar 250 i noticed something is missing. old pulsars are crafted to the core. but new ones not attract immediately for sure. compare to old pulsar its look like small one not a punchy muscular look like ns 200. only consumer will tell the answer it will be for long run or like a ghost as 150 pulsar.

This is truly the ugliest bike, and the worst upgrade I’ve ever seen. I’ve never agreed with the “old design is better” argument, because there always will be improvements with the new model, be it a car or a bike. But this is the first time I truly believe that the old one is better. Completely ruined a necessary update.
