Science fact about red clover: the plant is a legume, like beans, peas..., so red clover release flavonoids (e.g., isoflavone that was mentioned that mimics oestrogen) via its roots. These flavonoids act as a signal for special soil bacteria. Together, legumes, like red clover, and specific soil bacteria 'fix' atmospheric nitrogen. Red clover is a part of the family of plants that participate in this amazing partnership. So, if you have a farm plant lots of red clover: 1. you won't have to worry about using chemical nitrogen fertilizer (reducing chemical fertilizer is good for the environment) and 2. You can make tea rinses with the leaves for your hair.

See Green Beauty's channel. She has a recipe & research on onion recipe for hair. I have been using for past year and it has regrown my edges, filled in thin/balding spots. Consistency is the key. I use it as a pre-poo each wash day. Amla powder and fenugreek has helped me in thickening my hair/increasing the amount of hair strands on my head.
@Curly proverbz,that is me: Post cancer, 8 surgeries, medication use, unable to eat for 2 years, AND just hit "middle age" 😱 My hair is just a total MESS!!! My hair was never like this before, so much has happened at the same time its depressing if I am honest...I need HELP!!!!! I actually do have many of these products that I purchased, but had not used them due to all the medical procedures and honestly not even having the time or energy. I just keep it in a high curly ponytail because I literally cry every time I wash or see it down, its so thin and I still get a handful of hair out every time I wash. I keep thinking I just need to chop but my daughters keep telling me don't. I need to get motivated and use these products. Thank you! Your video actually has given me hope!!!🥳

Check with a doctor for sure about anything. However, I took maca powder while I was pregnant and on medication for high blood pressure and hormone imbalance PCOS. Hey Sis! Long-time subscriber here... ive tried many of these over the years. I got some results with onion juice but i think it also irritated my scalp so i gave up on it. Im gonna try to reincorporate it into my prepoo recipies. I’ve gotten amazing results from amla and fenugreek together. I boil the fenugreek seeds till they’re super soft. I add the amla powder and sometimes henna powder plus a teabag of random hair herbs (like greentea, pepermint, horsetail, burdock, nettle, sage, rosemary, etc depending on what i have in the stash). Then i remove the teabag and use my hand blender to pulverize the mixture when its cooled down. I strain the blended mixture thru a stocking to keep any chunks from getting stuck on my hair. I call this my hair growth concentrate and freeze it an add it to my masks, glosses and deep conditioners. The amount of new baby hairs i have all over my head has increased Sooooo much over the past several months since i’ve been doing this. I also all all the same ingredients to my castor oil infusion. My edges havent been this full since i used rogaine 10 yrs ago. Also flax/aloe gel is life! Thank you sooo much for all that you share with us. Literally life changing. Love u so much. Blessings

I found that taking Sea Moss internally has helped my hair and nails. I can't push this enough... What I have found recently is that unless I'm washing my hair it doesn't like being spritzed with water. I was wondering why my hair was so dry, breaking and I just couldn't understand. Listened to a hair coach and she confirmed what I was experiencing. Removed applying water and my hair has never been softer. It absorbs the moisturiser and oil plus retains them for days. I now literally only use 2 products on my hair during the week. I have high porosity hair. Curly Proverbz 😍

I have ordered your onion hair oils and they will be here in a few days! I was too late ordering the Mongongo oils but will as soon as they are back in stock. I’m really excited. I’ve been dealing with hair loss for a few months and have had some success with my own oils but hope to maximize my results using your oils and teas! I’ve learned so much from you, so thank you 💕💕

Just wondering, in the study you cited, how often and in what way were the participants applying the onion juice? Maybe you could provide a link?? Either way, thanks for your dedication.

I used to try and take Maca to grow my booty 😂it didn’t work but funny that it can also be beneficial for my hair.

I wanna try maca but I was searching and people were using this for weight gainer. Have you heard about this ?
@raisedbyhousewives4 жыл бұрын
@@gisseller9851 i haven’t heard that. I read that it helped with hormone imbalances. One of the side effects you hear a lot of is that it makes you horny. I didn’t gain weight or feel horny but a girl I knew at the time who did it with me said it made her horny.

Love this channel and all the excellent info you share! Ladies, please, please use caution and ask your doctor before using anything that mimics estrogen if you have had any type of breast cancer.

Great video, not a great fan on ricewater for protein senstive, or low porosity hair as it's a major protein packer.

Thank you. I happen to have a problem with mint and things in the mint family. I look forward to hearing more recipes. Can you make a recipe, using most if not all of the ingredients? I have dealt with hairloss for a long time. I have a health condition that leaves me with many sensitivities and malnutrition (with all of the foods I can not eat and poor digestion, I struggle with my hair. I have been turning gray and thought I would grow my red henna out and go gray since I spend an entire day per month coloring my hair. Many cosmetologist won't lift henna because of possible hair damage and I am wanting to speed the hair growth up so I can cut out the red henna.
