Imagine having the same diagnosis as those who won the bellwether cases and those who were in the wave cases, and the only reason why you're not getting compensated as much as they are is due to you not being selected. Something is dead wrong about this settlement and where is the lawyer that is going to speak on that? This is the biggest slap in the face settlement and that judge should be removed.

My blown out hearing cost me a six figure job with a police agency at age 28. I have been made fun of and humiliated by friends, family and co-workers because of my lack of hearing, my relationship with my wife and daughter is beyond irritating because of my constant ringing in my ears and deafness. And these scumbags tell me that it’s worth a few thousand $$$ after what they knowingly did to me???

I been in this litigation since July 2023..My attorneys asked for everything that they needed from me. They told that all they need i submitted. Even when i asked them last month, they said my claim was viable. Since this month begun, i haven't heard from them and they are not returning my emails. What can i do?

This lawsuit is trash crumbs on the dollar. After "taxes& fees" etc 25k should be the least ammount of the payout. Getting "10k" when actually we would recieve 8k of lower is dumb. 8k for years of tinnitus and even worse for other vet's 24k before fees is a slap in the face.

Yeah... I'm not rich, I'm a disabled vet, and opting out isn't an option for me. I don't have the money to continue the fight. While my finances and health are not in the positive to where I can continue the rigamroll of constantly going back and forth to court. After all the b.s. to get my proper rating fighting another long battle would literally end me or me ending myself. I've accepted that my country really doesn't give a shit unless I'm a multimillion/multi-billion industry. Pursuing a legitimate "fair payment" would ultimately put me in the crosshairs of unfavorable outcomes to my life... well, what's left of it anyways.

The settlement says they can pay us in unregistered stock. That means you cant cash it in untill 3m tells you you can, and 3m is taking a nose dive in the stock market. So basicly once the stock is worthless they might let you cash in then. In the end you got nothing!

The one thing I see in the comments is how unfair this settlement is. I guess there is a option for them to opt out and go to court. Of course you will either need to get a attorney or study up on MDL Law.

Hell they are getting $100,000 to $150,000 for what being picked by the judge as wave case. It’s at flat rate but also has money set aside for tinnitus and hearing loss. As per archer portal paperwork I signed and law firm said same. I am talking about timeline for payout. We know bellwether trial gets paid first but wave cases are different than the bulk of cases
