Ultimate 3rd party push legend. Basically you’ll get to push a team pretty safely for free. You could drop a portal from way back and push a team than if you need to get out you drop it and reset. Even teams holding a building can’t hold it if her tactical teleports through walls…she low key OP if used right. She’s basically more of a team based ability wraith.

It’s not an instant teleport back, there’s an animation and also you have to look at the direction of your portal. Revenants would instantly send you back

I don't think it's THAT broken tbh. Given that she has to teleport back the minute she uses it, it does seem to be like a heavy set up ult which is fair cause your teammates can only use it after you use so essentially its like a 2 v 3 if you use it as an engagement tool. Also the not instant teleport is fair.

Lore theory: There is a loading screen in the season 20 battle pass where horizon is discussing how she needs a stronger material to power the time gauntlet. Maybe the crystal at the end of alters tail will be used to power the time gauntlet. It has power to break reality so it could probably power the gauntlet. They can only use it after you activate it. Once you do they can press same button to go there too just be within 200m of it
