I really wish Thrive would let you search what they sell before you decide on signing up. Even Costco does this and then you have to have a membership to purchase. There is just something that feels shady about a company forcing you to give cc info and sign-up before you can even look at what exactly they sell.

This may be have totally just been my experience but I didn’t save any money at all with Thrive. I was influenced by a lot of KZbinrs talking about it, so I signed up for a monthly subscription. Their prices are *barely* any cheaper than any other stores, and some were actually more expensive. And factoring in the price of the membership, it was a disappointing experience. We ended up just ordering enough to meet the $50 free shipping minimum and then cancelling the subscription immediately after.

I just cancelled my membership. A lot of products have a minimum purchase quantity so you can’t try something new without buying 2-4 of it. Also the items that are a discounted “heavily” are the thrive brand which is completely backwards. The store brands are usually the least expensive, not the most. They also stopped carrying a lot of the products I liked too so it just wasn’t worth it to me.

I hate places that won't let you look at prices before buying on principle. Also most youtubers live in major metropolitan areas and municipalities. Groceries in those areas are expensive. So it's probably a situation of different areas have different costs of living, so Thrive Market is saving them money but not their subscribers who live in areas with a lower cost of living.

PLEASE DON’T SWAP YOUR MATTRESS UNTIL AFTER SHE IS HERE! My cousin went into labour and her water broke all over their NEW mattress and was a real pain to clean and then my friend after she gave birth and was back at home she bled through onto their mattress but luckily theirs was old so they bought a new one. So as tempting as it is please don’t swap it before your beautiful baby girl makes her arrival! Side note - thank you for the hip revelation with the crossed leg, my right hip has issues and I cross my right over my left 😱 Also I wish thrive market shipped to Australia! Can’t wait to meet your little one😍

I just had my first baby and she was breech and delivered via c section. There were times I thought she had flipped too but it’s SO hard to tell. We tried the ECV but it didn’t work for us. Don’t stress if it doesn’t work for you either. The scheduled c section was a very calm and peaceful experience. We even got to do skin to skin in the operating room. Wishing you the best!

I agree with some of the comments I have read about Thrive. It’s hard to understand what prices they offer since they have it hidden behind a paywall. It’s such an inconvenience to people who want to look into it and see if its a good fit. I know they give a refund if you don’t like it but who wants to bother with that. I signed up just to get an idea of prices that was annoying then to make it worth it placed an order. Just like most things we aren’t all the perfect customer to every company. Thrive is really helpful for people who don’t live near a lot of options or people who maybe have recently been transitioning their dietary needs and the site helps show you what you can have when everything is new and overwhelming. So i totally see why people like Thrive but I wish you could add the membership to your cart after you are able to shop around and see if you want to shop with them.

oooooooh, my youngest had chronic sinus/ear/throat infections and bronchitis, and it turned out to be her adenoids. Once she had a tonsil/adenoidectomy she stopped getting sick. FYI, don't just have your doctor look at her tonsils, have them check her adenoids specifically.

That pizza looked amazing. A similar but somewhat different version of that pizza would be puff pastry/pizza dough, mozzarella, raw asparagus, bacon, goat cheese, tomatoes (I leave them off😂), S&P, red pepper flakes ! (I top with sriracha) It’s been a staple for years 🙂

Definitely label the nursery! We’re first time parents (my baby just turned 4 months old🥺) and it made it so much easier for my husband to either dress the baby or help me put clothes away. I see a lot of negativity about Thrive in the comments. All I can say is that living in CA and having gas prices being over $5.50 a gallon. I will do a lot of online shopping. Jessica you look amazing you are glowing. Hope Gigi is feeling better so she can better enjoy her baby sister coming home. You have such a beautiful family. I'm in my 50's and had to have all 4 of my children by c-section. If you do have to schedule one make sure you rest and don't try to push yourself to do things sooner, also they don't tell you that the first time using the restroom can be painful. I would take my pain meds and get up and try to get things done around the house and that's a no no. You end up hurting more in the long run. You said you have hip issues and I have severe chronic pain and I was given a pain pump with the last three for a few days instead of pills and it was so much better. It is hooked up through your I.V. and you push the button when you need medicine for pain,there is a lock on it so you could push and push the button and it will only deliver a set amount every so often,however it works quicker than pills and you don't have to call the nurse and wait for the meds to come and then go through your system. It helped me to rest easier because even the hospital bed made my pain a lot worse. I'm praying for you and your family, God Bless and take care.

My first was breech. I did everything you’ve done, cried, had the ecv, but she did not want to turn. My OB let me go into labor naturally and then come into the hospital. There was a small chance she could flip during labor, and I wanted her to come when she was ready. She did not turn, I had a csection, but my subsequent three daughters were all successful vbacs. If that is something you are worried about, just know you can always have a vbac with your next pregnancy. Hugs to you 💙

Jessica in reading the comments alot are concerned about breaking water on a new mattress. I would recommend on your new mattress that is totally preventable if you put a vinyl mattress cover on the mattress before putting your fitted sheet on. I hope your new bed comes before the birth so you can have a new bed by the time the baby comes. Mattress covers are fairly inexpensive and takes that fear away if you are on the new one.

I can sympathize with Miss Genevieve. I too am prone to infections (especially of the sinuses and respiratory system). From the time I turned eleven until I turned 19/20, I had rather extreme seasonal allergies and sinus issues because of the extreme inconsistency of the climate where I live. I usually had trouble during the fall and the spring, which means I’d get bronchitis or some such about twice a year. Hope she feels better soon, and maybe even “grows out of it” sooner than I did!

I don’t know if you have tried this yet, but it is old school! To flip your baby, we used to put a radio (I told you it was old school) between our legs and play music. My son flipped within just a few minutes. Supposedly they try to get nearer the sound of the music. 🤷‍♀️ That was with my youngest who is now 28! Just thought I would mention it since it worked for us! 🤣
