St Charbel along with many other church fathers says the image of God is family and that is how God transmits his plan through the ages. The traditional apostolic Latin mass is where the children of God go to the house of their Father God to sacrifice and worship and be fed body and soul. This transcends all cultures. The family is the basis of any culture and is not a function of the culture therefore human culture should never be a part of the mass. There should only be one rite and no Amazonian rite or any other aberration that departs from the apostolic tradition originating from our God Jesus Christ and handed down through the ages faithfully by tradition

Why are you faulting Francis or the Proposed Amazone Rite.? These are only reechoing the teaching of Vatican II Council what does the counciliar church teaches about people of other faiths. At Vatican II, the church highlighted many positive aspects of other religions that are similar to those of the Catholic faith and In fact, the church teaches that the “plan of salvation” includes all people, regardless of their religious affiliation. The Second Vatican Council declared this most clearly, and it remains the position of the church today. It means that those who do not profess faith in Jesus Christ may-by following the dictates of their conscience and embracing what is true and good- “attain eternal salvation.” The church also recognizes that other religions very often contain “true and holy” elements- “rays of the same Truth” that the church professes. At Vatican II, the church highlighted many positive aspects of other religions that are similar to those of the Catholic faith and practice. In Nostra Aetate (Declaration on the Relation of the Church to Non-Christian Religions), the church praised specific aspects of Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism. Nostra Aetate also includes a paragraph on aspects of the Muslim belief and practice. It affirms that Muslims and Christians (along with Jews) worship the same God. CONCLUSION: (1) Don't fault Francis. His actions this past week or so are merely the implementation of Vatican II. (2) Call for the unequivocal rejection & repudiation of Vatican II Council

I never knew this. It makes sense but what if I’m a NO goer bc that’s all I ever knew or had? I have no TLM but was raised under the Baltimore Catechism. Am I considered another religion? I surely hope not. My church does no such clown masses 🤷🏻‍♀️😭🙏🕊️
