I feel like I either want EVERYTHING or nothing is really catching my eye. For now, I think I have 90% of what I want (I want Poison Garden but it's out of stock on Monolith) but let's wee what comes out in the next few weeks!

Looking very vampy and I absolutely love it. It’s giving Scorpio sexy vibes. I’m a Scorpio and your look in this vid is what I like for Valentines Day. 🖤 💜. I agree with you about the Nomad Speakeasy palette. It’s cute but it’s too understated and I want a bit more oomph. But then after I finally picked up the Okavango palette a few months back after dismissing it as also too understated - I know I’ll probably pick up the Speakeasy palette (on a sale mind you) but it’s it in my no box. Out of the 7 Nomad palettes I have, I’ve only had one regret- I wish I had picked up the Ireland palette on a sale instead of when it launched. But I bout into those lush greens not realizing that on my deeper skin tone I need more of a mix of different types of greens in an 18 pan palette. I still like the palette but I find it best to use in companion with other palettes rather than stand alone. That being said, when it comes to Nomad, I like to let their releases simmer with me before I decide to pick them up

I recorded this look. It was part of Lea Evangelista's Creative Art with Heart challenge that she does over on Instagram. I hope I mentioned what I used but if I recall correctly, it's a Natasha Denona I need a Nude lippy topped with a Made by Mitchell beam gloss. That Speakeasy palette left me a little deflated but the silver lining is, I can use the funds I'd set aside for that on another palette instead! I picked up Wild Atlantic Way and New Zealand Stargazing during the Earth day sale. I love greens but it doesn't exactly have a lot of variety 😂. I LOVE NZSG though. That is beautiful! 😍

So glad you put this video up, I enjoy your take on new releases regardless of any up-to-the-minute factor. I'm in two minds about the Calavera palette, it does seems a bit chaotic, but the shimmers when content creators place them over the lids...oooh, very enticing. I rearranged the colours into more of a traditional ROYGBIV format, will send you a copy of that. Please let me know what you think

Thank you! I'm glad I didn't can it too. Also, thank you for sending me the palette rearrangement. Your version definitely makes more sense to me and after thinking "Oh, I think I might get it now" Sensible Jem entered the chat and firmly said "No!" I think the layout it is in would continue to throw me plus I'm trying not to buy EVERYTHING! 😂💸💸 It's definitely a brand I want to try further down the line though.

I have to say that I totally agree with you when it comes to the Nomad palette. In my opinion none of the two green belongs in the palette! What colour is your lipstick in? It’s gorgeous! 💕

Thank you! I always hesitate to put that lippy on as I wonder if it's a bit full on. It's either Nati or Lala from Natasha Denona with a Made by Mitchell gloss over the top. I'm currently editing the video of the look to go up tomorrow so I hope I mention what I've used so I can be sure!

I ordered the Nomad palette and I’ve used it twice and it’s AMAZING. The multichromes in this palette are so smooth and lovely. The matte shades are pigmented and weirdly I LOVE the bright minty green shade. I’ll have 2 videos up this week. I’m a middle aged white woman but maybe you could get an idea of the shades. I’m loving your videos. 😘😘

"Middle aged white woman!" 😂 You know what, one of the things I love about makeup is how unifying it can be. It gets tainted every now and again when some of the people associated with it are knobheads or brands, once again, choose not to be inclusive but I'm currently loving meeting new people because we have something in common - we bloody love makeup! 💄

I picked up the Coca Cola collection from glamlite. Oops. I’ve been tempted by some of the wicked x rem stuff.

I think the Coco-Cola collection is SO clever. If it comes to the UK at a reasonable price, I MIGHT pick it up but for that alone but on the whole it's not something I'm desperate to have. Would love to know what you think when yours arrives! ❤️
