Speechless Sam. I'm not an apartment person, but was very impressed, and it's definitely a Sam style apartment. I loved that apartment and the way it was decorated. Hey, Sam! I love it! I want to pick up and move from Chicago to LA. I love the area you’re in: I see the Staples Center close by. I have friends who live in Manhattan Beach and in Santa Monica. Love Manhattan Beach, but that huge oil refinery just north of the neighborhood running all the way down to the beach was a little unsettling. I asked my friend if she ever got used to that monstrous plant right next door, and she said, “No, you never do.” We also love the gayborhood, West Hollywood. If you are looking for a camp hideaway with a salt water pool on top, try Petit Ermitage. Lots of pretty people there, like you, Sam! Love you Stephen

Sam moved to Los Angeles at a good time, comparatively since last month was hot as hell. There’s still fires since our daylight is still tinged orange, but the weather has just now been getting cooler. I hope Sam prospers in happiness, health and wealth in Los Angeles! Ever since Sam opened up about his mental health, I just want to see him happy. Sam is a precious sweetheart; we must protecc him at all cost!

Sam, you're right. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, well laid out, sunny and tasteful. Miele appliances are really high end in Germany, which is already a lot to say. The center table is pure genius, thanks for the idea! And as an aviation nut, the photograph is a total classic. You can't go more classic than a Douglas DC-3, with a close up of a powerful radial engine. Congratulations and enjoy!!

Congratulations on the new pad, Sam!! It's beautiful. The layout reminds me of the apartment in NYC where I grew up. I didn't have amazing views of translucent swimming pools from every window, but I could see the Empire State Building from all the windows.

Like many cities across the US it is great to see the development of residential structures in the downtown areas. LA has something going here and look forwards to seeing more of it in the future. Cities such as Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver have been a great inspiration for this trend. Pulling people out of their cars in LA instead of wasting thousands of hours stuck on the freeway. Don't forget to check out Redondo Beach, Newport Beach and the Hollywood Hills while you are out there.
