Is there any way to fix wrist pain on the ulnar side when practicing toproll?

For wrist pain/ strengthening I’ve been doing a circuit with bands everyday. Lightweight for recovery about 20 reps each. Rise, chop, cup, wrist extension, pronation, and supination. Hope this helps!
