I feel I need to compliment you. I have heard you say “I don’t know, I do it cause I’m lazy.” Like when you buy a rotisserie chicken or something. To me, you are pretty amazing. I mean I’m watching you - hold Meredith on your hip, film the haul, and tear the chicken. Not Lazy. Pretty amazing actually. Hi everyone, my favorite holiday treat is peanut butter balls. Here is the recipe: 2 cups peanut butter, 1 stick butter, melted, 1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 2 & 1/2 cups rice krispies, & 1 bag Ghirardelli milk or dark chocolate chips for coating. Mix melted butter and PB together until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and rice krispies and mix to combine. Chill in the fridge 30 min to make forming into balls easier. Form mixture into balls, whatever size you like, and put back into the fridge for about an hour to set up. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Go slow to avoid burning chocolate. Take our peanut butter balls and cover in chocolate. Lay dipped treats onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet for easy transfer back to the fridge. Allow to hang out in the fridge around 10 minutes or until chocolate sets. Store in the fridge.

Kim!!!! I wanted to pass along an oven trick my husband uses at his firehouse. I didn’t know where else to post. In his firehouse when the oven is on the fritz they will stack baking pans. Like a regular cookie sheet on top of a like 9x12 pan or something.
