I enjoy your content, but more importantly, your delivery of it. For me, it’s all about the creator, and the way their personality comes through. You are genuine, and that cannot be faked. Iirc about a year or so ago, you took the enormous leap from full-time healthcare worker to full-time YT content creator. This was a very bold step, and I highly respect you for the courage to do so. As with many business models, especially creative ventures, one has to consider the steadiness of their income stream. For example, fine artists selling their paintings/sculptures may not be able to depend upon a reliable income from that alone. So they develop various revenue streams: prints, workshops, books, classes, etc. You are no different. As you so eloquently explained, income *solely* derived from YT viewing numbers is not a reliable way to pay the bills. You have your merchandise, memberships, sponsorships, etc., all to (hopefully 🤞) provide this. It is nothing to feel awkward about. You are a business, and a brand. Period. You need to constantly cultivate it. Keep going! You're now part of the digital marketplace!

That was a fantastic monologue you did about KZbin "business". I ALWAYS watch your videos all the through. However there are many videos I start, watch for a certain no. of minutes and then turn the sound off and let them run while I switch to another tab or window to look at another YT channel or another website. I also always like 99% of the videos I start and finish or leave running. I am now going to start sharing certain videos EVERY time to other social media platforms such as Facebook, or Twitter, or Locals.
