A few months ago, Dr. Matt interviewed me for my DPT application at West Coast, and I had such a hard time trying not to geek out, having followed the channel over the years. Now that everything is said and done, I just want to say I love the information that you guys put out, and it really inspires me.

I've been loving the 860v14, have just over 60 miles on it right now

My son is now 7 and I love that he's interested in running. So I try and plan 1 or 2 1 mile runs in the week so he can join me. Our local athletics club don't take kids until 8 years.

Shoe length/width/toebox width - taper/toebox height and midfoot volume can change from version of a shoe to version. I follow reviews closely on sizing.

I started running with kids in the kidrunner at 4 months. It's not bad, way better than treadmill running, and kids like it.

I prefer shoes with roomy toes and tight heels.

Me too sized up in the trainer v3 and since eu sizes are adjusted in NB shoes it was from 40,5 to 41,5. But the amount of cm was really only 0,5 cm. Mentally difficult to be sure about your size here but just feel the shoe on your feet and dont overthink the numbers right?;)

Would you recommend the 860v14 or the Adrenaline GTS 23 for a mild to severe overpronator? For mostly walking and standing all day.
@ajwadyusuf9581Күн бұрын
Based on these two shoes I have, adrenaline is better for moderate to severe, 860v14 is better for mild to moderate

Have subtalar joint instability - any recs for which stability shoes might be best?
@DoctorsofRunningАй бұрын
@@preethysmith2669 the New Balance 860 v14 may be a good option! Others that have solid stability in the rearfoot/midfoot include the Asics GT 2000 13, brooks adrenaline and the Mizuno inspire

I loved the 860v13s, but the 14s have been disappointing. Initially, I really liked them, but after two months of running in them they simply do not provide enough support for me. They seem to be too soft.
